 - it covers a general culture model from the literature Riding the Waves of Culture by Fons Trompenaars. The video continues by introducing cultural barriers and non-verbal communication. Plus, there are short anecdotes scattered throughout based on the lecturer’s experiences working in HAMK.

The lecturer suggests a model for a normal communication process when meeting people in a project or at work, suggesting the required language levels to perform each communication competence.
