Türkiye’s working culture is rich and diverse, Türkiye have beautiful and unique history and geographical between east and west. The working culture emphasizes strong sense of community. In Türkiye Leaders are often viewed as authoritative figures and decisions making. I often appreciate the clarity this structure provides. But I also believe Fostering A more inclusive approach could enhance creativity. Communication in Türkiye is often indirect and context driven. Building personal relationships is crucial before discussing business matters. This emphasis on relationship building fosters trust but can lead to misunderstandings for those unfamiliar with the culture. I value the warmth and connection this creates, but it can be time-consuming. Working time in Turkey can be more flexible compared to Western standards. While punctuality is appreciated, meetings may not always start on time. This relaxed attitude can create a more comfortable atmosphere, but it may also frustrate those who prioritize strict schedules. I appreciate the focus on relationships over rigid timelines Coming from a coastal region, I’ve noticed that attitudes can differ significantly from urban centers like Istanbul. In smaller towns, relationships are often more personal and informal. My background influences my communication style, blending warmth with a straightforward approach, which helps bridge gaps in understanding. In conclusion, while I admire Türkiye’s emphasis on relationships and community, I see opportunities for improvement in inclusivity in decision making and gender representation
