1: Teaming up 🤝
DBE project work is done in a team and assessment and support of teamwork is an essential part of the students' work.
- The Innovation Flower is a tool to help team members get to know each other and make their skills and development potential visible. The Innovation Flower can be used to collectively assess the development of the team's competences. The innovation flower can be found in the Inno Cards 2.0 DBE publication (Hero 2024), which is available for download online and can be borrowed from HAMK libraries. Alongside the Innovation template, you can use the cards associated with the publication to support student teams in their discussions on innovation skills.

- Sitra's principles of constructive dialogue can be used to strengthen the dialogue of DBE project teams. Teams can use the principles to reflect on how dialogue is built within the team and what common principles of interaction the team strives to follow during the DBE project.
