Understanding Yourself
Describe the working culture of your own country (remember to name the country you describe) in 300-800 words. Think about these concepts (but choose only some!):
Leadership, Decision making, Information, Communication, Relationships, Time, Quality, Customers, Cooperation, Gender, Age, Family issues.
Tell us which parts of the culture you like, and which you would like to change and why?
Also consider how your provincial background (for example Lapland / Southern Finland) act as an identity builder and how your own origins affect communication. Give some examples.
When answering, start a new discussion and design a headline for your answer.
This exercise is graded as passed / not passed. Words will be counted (300-600 words required). Notice that the answer has to be long enough and accurately answer the given questions.
